Welk shows a young man walking along a shopping street in the evening and looking into shop windows. The camera is mounted on his right thigh. The lens points upwards towards his head. Intercuts show partly abstract interior views of the man wandering around. A female voice speaks an off-screen text inspired by reflections on idleness and aesthetic existence.
