In June 2022, Detlef Klepsch and I were artists-in-residence at Witten/Herdecke University. We focused on what is hardly noticed in the daily use of the university building: the daily process of cleaning. We collected and digitized leftover objects, recorded sounds and asked about the meaning of cleaning in the various disciplines.

The resulting installation ASSOCIATIONS UW/H, in which everyday objects were given a new value, was on display in the entrance area of the new university building from July 7 to October 1, 2022.
